Knowing that the brand of your organisation is one of your key factors, because without unified branding your organisation or charity does not have a good footing. As if your organisation/charity does not have uniformed branding the other organisations will not take your organisation/charity seriously, so first things first, whatever your web address and in that is what your email addresses should also end in. Now putting your branding together that's the easy thing four example, web address www. Big world.com therefore your email address should end in big world.com and not something like Hotmail.com if you can grasp the concept of what I am saying. Another example if you have headed paper another top of your headed paper the name of your company is big world but your email address is big world. Hotmail.com again it shows that you are not unified in your landing and people will not and I repeat Will not take you seriously and will look at you as if you are only playing rather than being serious about running your organisation/charity. If your organisation/charity has is on website and you really want to give a good impression then the board members should all have a corresponding email address ending in the same address as your website in doing this it shows that you are unified and that the branding is solid but for example if you had the business email address was big world.com but everybody on the board used different email addresses again example [email protected] and [email protected], it does not look professional and consistent therefore no branding again I keep repeating it good branding means good business Poor branding you can understand that yourself. 1.
