Emails and the understanding of uniformity
If you have an email address that is not designated under your brand, You are showing that you do not here about your brand branding your emails to your organisation is more important then you think.
You may want to know what I'm referring to so let's say it this way if you had an email address that was reading something like, user [email protected] but you're organisation's name is new World.org, you can see is not showing any uniformity with your organisation so being unorganised or on unified is the problem so trying to find a way that is cheap enough for your organisation to have a branded email address so that people can see who they are communicating with and what organisation they are with in doing this it will show all that you are serious about your organisation as well as about communicating with other people and other businesses. I have written similar documentations respectfully about this and no one seems to take it seriously, to show a good impression to other people you're communicating with or emailing then having an email address ending in your organisation's name is more important than you think as if I am writing an email to someone with an extension that says hotmail.com rather than new World.com you can see the problem so being uniformed in your Communications is paramount to a successful organisation and it shows that you give a hoot. So again, I am goner regulate, and repeat once more exactly what I said above communicating with a recognisable email address is more important to the organisation and the branding of the organisation than you actually can believe as it shows that you gave a good impression to what ever you are doing when you're communicating with other organisations and businesses; if you have headed paper and on the headed paper you have your website address and you have an email address but the email address does not correspond to your web address what the what does that show all other organisations I've tell you straight away it shows that you are not organised you are not structured and you do not care about your organisation. Branding, branding is one of the most important aspects of your organisation as without it there is no structure I'll repeat there is no structure. I know I'm came to war for on and on and on about this subject but talk to Banks building societies big businesses and they will tell you exactly the same as what I'm telling you if you do not have unified communications information addressing your organisation you will not have a fixed brand and without a fix branding your organisation is big and become a joke do you want that Think hard and think seriously because that's what can happen. |
